Inheriting the past and ushering in the new, the cultural essence is embodied in the characters. The Hao Ge Yang Ming Seal Song font family is a set of Song-style font family that combines humanistic spirit with contemporary expression. Its inspiration comes from the Huangxiang Academy edition of "The Record of Transmission" in the year of the Ming Dynasty Jiajing 30 - an important document of Wang Yangming's philosophy of mind. The font is based on the ancient book engraving, absorbing its restrained, controlled and richly profound scholarly temperament. In the character form, the Hao Ge Yang Ming Seal Song family integrates profound humanistic care and Chinese classical aesthetic interest into the characters. In the character structure, the Hao Ge Yang Ming Seal Song family refines and simplifies the proportion and structure relationship of the classical Song style based on the ancient engraving, making the character form more in line with contemporary reading and layout requirements; at the same time, it retains the unique stability and stretchiness of the ancient engraved Song style, making the font contain a gentle and restrained temperament in the rational order. In the pen shape design, this font family has clear starting and ending treatment, as well as a distinctive triangular horizontal stroke shape. Different strokes maintain a high degree of uniformity in thickness, turning, and release, while presenting an elegant and restrained classical style in details. This makes the font visually both elegant and graceful, yet full of the grace of a scholar. The Hao Ge Yang Ming Seal Song covers multiple weight and type variations such as thin, regular, and thick, and can flexibly adapt to various application scenarios from text reading to title display. Its unique and restrained temperament enables it to present a stable yet distinctive visual expression in fields such as cultural brands, academic dissemination, humanities art, and publishing design.
