| MealFlow is a smart meal service system designed for decentralized meal services in age-friendly community hospitals. Centered on a hospital meal delivery cart, the system integrates information displays, sticker-based ordering, and age-friendly interactive devices to optimize the hospital meal service process. By improving delivery efficiency and reducing the workload of delivery staff while preserving age-friendly ordering methods and interpersonal interaction, the project creates a healthcare dining experience that balances efficiency, care, and human warmth. |
