Important Announcement｜Asian Vanguard Art and Design Award (AVADA) Winning Works Logo Usage Guidelines and Name Specification Explanation

To ensure the consistency and professionalism of the brand image of the Asian Vanguard Art and Design Award (AVADA) , the following guidelines regarding the use of the official logo in the promotion and display of award-winning works are hereby explained. All winners, participating organizations, and relevant partners are requested to strictly comply.

I. Logo Usage Scope (Effective from 2025)
Only works that have won this Award from 2025 (inclusive) onwards are officially permitted to use the official "Asian Vanguard Art and Design Award (AVADA) " logo.
As requested by the co-organizers, works that won awards in 2024 and earlier are not eligible to use this new version of the logo.

II. Corresponding Logos Must Be Used for Different Award Levels
Please select and use the corresponding official logo provided based on the award level your work has received:

Grand Award Logo

Gold Award Logo

Silver Award Logo

Bronze Award Logo

Excellence Award Logo

Finalist Logo

Excellent Instructor Award Logo

Outstanding Organization Award Logo

Outstanding Media Award Logo

All logo files have been standardized. Modifying, distorting, replacing colors, or adding any extra elements to the official logo is strictly prohibited.

III. Award Name Usage Guidelines (Strictly Enforced)

When referencing the award name in any publicity, media reports, publications, design work presentations, exhibitions, or online platforms, one of the following four officially recognized expressions must be used:

Asian Vanguard Art and Design Award (English Full Name)
AVAD Award
AVADA

Any自行缩写 or alteration other than these four names will be considered improper use.

Special Reminder
Based on previous promotional experience and participant feedback, please be careful not to confuse this award with other similarly named competitions circulating online, such as "Asian Vanguard Designer ×× Competition" or "Asian University Student ×× Competition," which are not organized by our institution. This Award has an independent brand and officially registered name and is unrelated to any third-party events.

IV. Official Logo Download Method
To ensure uniformity of use, please download the latest standard version of the logo from the following channel:

V. Disclaimer and Penalty Provisions

For any use of the Logo or name not in compliance with the specifications of this announcement, the organizer has the right to:

Demand rectification within a specified period.
Revoke the qualification for promotional use.
In severe cases, revoke the award-winning qualification and make a public announcement.
