Conference Agenda|2025 First International Conference on Clothing Heritage and Digital Fashion Agenda Announced
Against the backdrop of global cultural reconstruction and the transformation of design disciplines, clothing, as a significant carrier of identity construction, cultural expression, and technological integration, is increasingly becoming a focal point of interdisciplinary research. The "2025 First International Conference on Clothing Heritage and Digital Fashion" aims to build a high-level international academic exchange platform, focusing on clothing history and theory, ethnic clothing and cultural interfusion, fashion design and innovation, as well as digital intelligence fashion and technology. It strives to bridge the gap between academic research and design practice, promoting the systematic and international development of clothing studies. This conference is jointly organized by Asia Design Week, the School of Digital Technology and Creative Design, Jiangnan University, the School of Art, Soochow University, the Sponge Creative Research Institute, and over ten other universities and institutions. Experts and scholars from fields such as design studies, art studies, anthropology, sociology, philosophy, and textile science are cordially invited to explore new paradigms in clothing theory, new paths in fashion innovation, and new expressions of cultural tradition.
