Recently, the results of the 2025 Asian Vanguard Art and Design Award (AVADA) were announced. Students from the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University stood out among over 4,000 entries from dozens of countries and regions worldwide, winning multiple awards with their outstanding design innovation concepts.
Since its launch, this edition of the Award has attracted active participation from designers, university faculty and students, and art practitioners from countries and regions including China, South Korea, Spain, Poland, the United Arab Emirates, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore. The entries spanned traditional painting, arts and crafts, visual communication, product design, environmental art, digital media, fashion design, and cutting-edge fields such as AIGC (AI-Generated Content), fully reflecting the diversity and internationalization of Asia's young design power. In this edition's evaluation, the faculty and students of the Academy of Arts & Design, Tsinghua University achieved the following outstanding results:
