Jury Announcement | The 2nd International Poster Exhibition of Asian Urban Culture & The "Belt and Road" China-ASEAN Digital Art Exhibition Jury Panel Unveiled!


The 2nd International Poster Exhibition of Asian Urban Culture and the "Belt And Road" Digital Art Exhibition of China ASEAN Integration Jury Panel

The jury for this year’s exhibition features leading digital art designers and university teachers from Mainland of China, Hong Kong, Macao, Malaysia, Thailand, and other ASEAN countries. With strong representation from both academia and industry, the panel offers a diverse, professional, and international perspective.

All jury members are distinguished experts in the field of poster design, committed to recognizing outstanding creativity in Asian urban culture and digital art through a fair, inclusive, and professional review process.

郝琮/Hao Cong

Vice Dean of the School of Art, Hebei University of Science and Technology, China.Associate Professor, and Master's Supervisor. He is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in art theory at Beijing Normal University, China. He serves as Director of the Art Education Committee of the China Adult Education Association, Member of the China Association of Art Critics, Deputy Director of the Art Design Committee of the Hebei Artists Association, Member of the Hebei Advertising Association, and Deputy Director of the Hebei Region for both the China Good Idea and National Digital Art Design Competition. He is also a jury member for the Hebei Region of the National College Students Advertising Competition. His works have received numerous accolades, including the German Red Dot Award, a Top 30 placement in the Kia Auto Design Competition, and the Golden Light Gold Award. His designs have been selected for prestigious exhibitions such as the National Graphic Design Exhibition, the Contemporary International Ink Design Exhibitionat Beijing International Design Week, the China–Japan–Korea Designers Invitational Exhibition, the International Poster Exhibition of Asian Urban Culture, and the Beijing–Tianjin–Hebei University Graphic Design Invitational Exhibition. He has led several major research projects, including the General Project of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education, a social development research project of Hebei Province, and a project funded by the Hebei Provincial Social Science Foundation. His academic papers and design works have been published extensively in leading professional journals such as Art ResearchArt Observation, and Packaging Engineering.



李平/Li Ping

Vice Dean and Professor of the School of Art and Design, East University of HeilongjiangMaster's supervisor, China. Member of the China Arts and Crafts Society, Deputy Director of the Design Art Committee of the Heilongjiang Association for Promoting Chinese Culture. Judge of the provincial competition of the National College Students Advertising Art Competition and judge of the Golden Bull Award of The Times. Five textbooks have been compiled, over 20 projects including the provincial natural science foundation have been approved, more than 30 papers have been published, 7 national patents have been obtained, 33 honorary titles have been received, 42 professional awards have been won, and students have been guided to win 252 awards in national and provincial competitions. Participated in 13 practical projects, including the planning of the opening ceremony of the 29th Heilongjiang Ice and Snow Festival and the overall planning and design of the International Snow Sculpture Art Expo.



刘锐/Liu Rui

Vice Dean, Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor of the School of Art, China Beijing Union University (Beijing Institute of Intangible Cultural Heritage), China. Member of the China Building Decoration Association, senior interior architect, Director of the Digital Image Creativity Committee of the China Video and Audio Industry Association, expert judge of the provincial unified examination for art majors of the National Education Examinations Authority of the Ministry of Education, and the person in charge of the National first-class Undergraduate course (Virtual Simulation Experiment Course).



柯逸函/Ke Yihan(泰国)

Expert and doctoral supervisor at the School of Arts of Mahasarakan University in Thailand, a postdoctoral cooperative supervisor at Luoyang Institute of Science and Technology (Henan Province Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base) in China, a visiting professor at Hebei Institute of Fine Arts in China, a director of the Fujian Chamber of Commerce in Thailand, a member of the American Psychological Association, and a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in the UK.



郑证文/Teh Chin Boon, Alex(马来西亚)

Senior lecturer in the Department of Creative Multimedia at New Era University College in Malaysia, Malaysian artist and educator, champion of the "Keris - Born from Obsession" Digital Art Competition, runner-up of the Japan Watercolor International Art Award, works exhibited at the Kurume Art Museum in Fukuoka, Japan. Served as the secretary-general of the Asian Artists Association and as a member of the Negeri Sembilan Art Society.

洪家樂/Lok Hong(中国澳门)

President of the Macau Poster Design Association and Creative Director of LOKSOPHY DESIGN. Served as Chairperson of the Organizing Committee of the Macau Design Awards (2017–2021) and General Convener of Macau Design Week (2022–2023). Holds a Master’s degree in Brand Design from the University of the Arts London and founded Loksophy Design Studio in 2018. His works have received numerous accolades, including the Graphis Design Award, the Golden Bee Award at the Moscow International Biennale of Graphic Design, the iF Design Award, the Golden Pin Design Award, the DFA Design for Asia Award, the GDC Design Award, the HIIIBRAND Design Award, and the Macau Design Award, among others.

Former senior lecturer at Universiti Sains Malaysia, adjunct professor at the School of Creative Industries (FOCI), and doctoral supervisor at City University of Malaysia.



Lin Yuchin(泰国)

PhD, Media and Cultural Studies of Newcastle University, UK. Currently serving as Deanof International College of the Arts at Krirk University, Thailand. Formerly worked atMacau Asia Satellite Television (MASTV) as anchor, producer, and Directorof News Center, and produced programs on OneBelt and One Road Initiative.

Melisa Wong Meng San(马来西亚)

Secretary-general of the Graphic Design Association of Malaysia, Secretary-General of the Design Asia Collective, Managing Director/Design Director of Octagon Creative. Chief Curator of the ASEAN-China Design Convergence Summit and ExhibitionMelisa was trained in the UK and holds an Honours Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and a Master's degree in Communication Design from RMIT University in Australia. Before starting her own business 30 years ago, she had collaborated with local and international companies. She has accumulated 35 years of experience in the visual communication industry. Before venturing into the fields of graphic design, branding, design and advertising, she was engaged in audio-visual and multimedia production. Melisa has a strong interest in the field of architectural design and is the editor of OCTANE, an online design magazine that focuses on architecture, graphic design, product design, fashion and fine arts.



Siek Hwee Ling, Perline马来西亚

Associate Professor at UCSI University, Malaysia; Deputy Dean and Head of Design Research at the De Institute of Creative Arts and Design at UCSI University, Doctoral and Master's Supervisor, Secretary-General of the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts Alumni Association (Malaysia), Member of the National Art Gallery Malaysia, Member of the Perak State Art Association, and Member of the Negeri Seminary Art Association. Chief Researcher of the International Research Funding Project. She is a reviewer for multiple research journals and has served as a reviewer for many international conferences. Leads and curates major international awards and exhibitions such as the Asian Vanguard Art and Design Award (AVADA), the International Poster Exhibition of Asian Urban Culture, the ASEAN-China Design Convergence Summit and Exhibition, and the International Conference on Clothing Heritage and Digital Fashion. Executive Editor-in-Chief of the international journal Design and Art Studies. Serves as a jury member for prestigious design competitions including the A’ Design Award (Italy), European Product Design Award, American International Design Awards (IDA), Goldreed Industrial Design Award, and the Lilac Creative Design Award.
